Delivery costs

We currently offer free delivery. Please note, at the moment we can only deliver to UK addresses. Please contact us if you wish to have a product delivered to a non-UK address.

Schedule

We aim to dispatch orders within two working days, if an item is in stock. Your goods will be sent first or second class via Royal Mail.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Ethical Bags. However, if you wish to return an item, the returns process is as follows:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods to inform us that you wish to return them. We will send you further instructions.
  2. Goods must be returned in new, unused condition and with any labels still attached, within 10 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is faulty.
  3. You may wish to obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
  4. Once a returned item has been received by us, we will arrange to refund the credit or debit card you paid with.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within a ‘cooling off’ period of 3 days from the time you placed your order. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
